Whether it was working as a journalist writing feature articles on women’s issues, serving on the Board of Directors of the Boys and Girls Club, or speaking at women’s conferences in the US and as far as South Africa, her heart and message has always been clear.... Girls are freaking GREAT! There is greatness IN all of us. There is a God designed purpose FOR all of us. And it is up to us to tap into that greatness and use our God given talents for good!

Leadership Board

We are excited to announce the Lisa Dean Model Leadership Board. This board will consist of young women ages 17-21 that aspire to grow in their leadership skills through mentorship, community service, and weekend retreats with Lisa. They will also serve as Girls of Greatness Leaders as they teach and mentor the younger girls in the Girls of Greatness program. While they are pouring into the younger girls blessing them, they are blessed ten fold in return!

Girls of Greatness

Lisa's book, “Girls of Greatness” has been published nationwide and soon after, became a self esteem program with chapters throughout the nation.

After a 10 year hiatus, it is back!

This self esteem program for elementary and preteen girls consists of meetings filled with curriculum, fun activities and is lead by my Lisa Dean Model Leadership Board.

So, come along....join the movement!! And you, too, can step into greatness!

Growing up, I always said I wanted to be a lawyer. My talents and my passions were my “hobbies.” I loved dance ( 20 years ), writing poetry, public speaking, modeling, acting, and of course....pageants! I nurtured all of those and used them in many different ways. Ever since I can remember, my dream was to be an attorney, then one day I was asked to audition for a college television show, and from there I was hooked. I earned my degree in Communications/Broadcast journalism and throughout my college years I continued to model. My career spans over 25 years in radio and television working on the local and national level. I was a model with Ford Models, news reporter, television host, choreographer, author and speaker, and now, certified life coach and pageant coach.

I have spent the last 10 years working with girls and women either one on one or in workshop settings. I have had the honor to work with amazing girls competing in various pageant systems honing their skills, developing their message, and delivering their answers with finesse. I have been able to design custom wardrobe pieces, serve as image consultant to high profile clients as well as top boutiques in the US, and choreograph modeling pieces for pageants. You see, the Lord took my 40+ years of “hobbies” and revealed to me he was just preparing me! My passions all molded together and now they are my life purpose! My hearts mission is to utilize all the talents the Lord has blessed me with and use it to the best of my ability as a Speaker, Life Coach and Pageant Coach, to impact as many girls as I can, for as long as I can!

The journey has just begun!!!"
