Stephanie Barber

Stephanie Barber

Stephanie entered the world of pageantry after stumbling onto the Miss Teen USA Instagram account when she was 16 years old. As a teenager, she aspired to be as confident and ambitious as the Miss USA contestants she saw online. That dream became a reality in 2021 when she won Miss Arkansas USA. As a longtime Lisa Dean client herself, Stephanie learned the importance of presentation, purpose, and positivity through her pageantry journey. She now uses those lessons to encourage her clients to be the best version of themselves on stage and use the skills pageantry teaches in all realms of their personal and professional lives.

A proud nerd at heart, Stephanie graduated from the University of Arkansas in 2021 with degrees in Journalism and Political Science, along with a minor in Legal Studies. After her senior year, she was awarded as a Senior of Significance, which is given to the top 71 University of Arkansas graduates based on their academic performance, campus leadership, and community involvement.

As a student with dyslexia, Stephanie is passionate about children’s literacy and founded the first collegiate chapter of Reading is Fundamental at the University of Arkansas. During her year as Miss Arkansas USA, Stephanie traveled across the state, sharing her story about overcoming her learning disability while promoting literacy in schools.

While Stephanie coaches for Lisa Dean Inc., she will be attending Loyola Chicago School of Law starting in the fall of 2022.

Stephanie enjoys a stacked calendar, but no more than she loves early mornings at the gym, spending time with the Lord, and finding the world’s most “Instagramable” restaurant.

Nicki Dipetrio

Nicki Dipetrio

Nicki has such a vivacious and magnetic personality.  Everyone that meets her is immediately drawn to her.  Nicki started years ago as a client of Lisa Dean, and the relationship has grown to so much more. This amazing young lady has captured local, state, and International titles! She has a heart for girls of all ages, and it is no wonder all the littles are in awe of her and just want to be in her presence.

After being crowned the 2020-2021 International Junior Miss and traveling the country meeting contestants, Nicki found a passion for encouraging the young women before they went into the interview.  She decided to take that leap of faith and utilize her ability and the gifts God gave her to pour into other girls and our younger generation. She pulls confidence out of others with such ease and builds up our Littles like no one else!

As a full time Registered Nurse, she knows how all the skills we learn through competing transfer to jobs, school, and our interpersonal relationships with others. From walking, to interview, to public speaking skills, she can’t wait to empower young women with the tools they need to succeed not just in pageants but throughout the rest of their lives. She also manages her blog the “Real Me Movement” encouraging girls of all ages to be open, be real, be you!

Nicki will be working with all ages but will also be working closely with Lisa Dean as they release classes and workshops specifically geared towards girls ages 5-15!
